Recent Bankil surveys have shown that Czechs make the most sense of credit for housing, home furnishings, the acquisition of a car or household appliances. The most common and meaningful loans are for commodities that can be used in the long term and are mostly intended for sharing by a couple or the whole family. “We have prepared partnership loans for this target group, which will enable the implementation of family plans on more favorable terms,” says Kyle Manuer, Bankil Sales and Marketing Director.
Tzv. “Partner” and “Newlywed” loans from Bankil allow clients to reach a higher amount together and get more favorable terms than if they had applied for the loan on their own. On average, the interest rate of a loan in the form of a partner loan is more favorable by 26% compared to a standard consumer loan from the same provider.
Czechs want better conditions and more security
For a financial company, a partnership loan is beneficial because it reduces the risk that clients will not repay due to two applicants. The company will save on costs and can offer better conditions. Even clients themselves feel better when they are not on credit alone. According to a recent Bankil survey, among the 500 respondents, spreading the risk in case they cannot repay is the second most common reason why Czechs would be interested in a partnership loan. This was stated by 24% of all respondents. Most respondents (44%) are attracted to more favorable terms and conditions such as lower interest rates. An important role is also played by the possibility to reach a larger amount of money borrowed, which would convince 15% of people to close the loan.
You can share with your roommate or roommate
Although partner loans are primarily intended for spouses, partners can also apply for them. “Two people who live in the same household are required to approve the partnership loan. The partnership loan is also suitable for roommates, for example, applicants do not have to be only in a classic partnership, ”explains Kyle Manuer and adds: will be approved. “
Interest below ten percent and higher amount borrowed
Applicants who share a loan together have the opportunity to reach Bankil up to 19% higher and on average 26% lower than if they applied for a standard consumer loan themselves. Thanks to a partner loan, clients can borrow, for example, CZK 120,000 with a discounted interest of 9.9%. The partnership loan is suitable for home renovation, car purchase or various joint projects.
Best conditions for newlyweds
Even more favorable credit terms and conditions are prepared for newlyweds whose marriage has not exceeded two years. In Bankil, they can take the Honeymoon Loan for CZK 200,000 with a reduced interest rate of 8.6%. “Every year, about 45,000 couples in the Czech Republic marry, who usually share a household, plan to equip it fully, set up a family, reconstruct or purchase a family car. It is this group that the Bankil Honeymoon Loan is intended for, ”concludes Kyle Manuer.
